works! For WOMEN. I never became "big" or "bulky". All the training I did was

I
started out at 104kg and with increased activity like swimming and
some weight lifting, I also began controlling my nutrition better, I lost 14 kg
in 5 months. I then got hold of Coach Jonathan's fat loss special report and
also attended his fat loss seminar.
I used the
fat-loss report to improve on my weight-loss program by learning the right type
of food to take. Then during the fat-loss seminar, I picked up effective
training methods to use in my fat loss program.
My Initial my goal is just to lose weight but now it is to
get really fit and lean with a six-pack.
I like the
training at Genesis Health And Performance, it is fun and effective. I get
stronger every training. I can feel that my body is getting harder and stronger
without getting fat again. At the latest measurement my weight is 83kg
and my abs are starting to show!

Training
at Genesis Health and Performance has totally changed my life! It may sound
cliché but I believe that I have benefited both physically and psychologically.
To my sheer delight, after two months into the program, I have reaped far more
than what I have originally anticipated.
Apart from achieving a more sustainable and healthy weight loss, I am able to
maintain a better posture and that is something worth applauding. Slouching was
a constant nagging problem I faced over a prolonged period. But its ok now.
At the same time, gaining knowledge on food and nutrition
has allowed me to pay closer attention to my diet. The training is also a total
self discovery for me. I learnt to be more adventurous by challenging myself

Health and Performance is THE premier fitness and conditioning centre.
I had signed up to improve my Standing Broad Jump. I have never done well in
SBJ ever. From a poor jumping distance of 180, it has improved to 216cm at the
end of my training program just 3 months later. 36cm improvement in 12 weeks was
really great.
Another great thing is that I also became leaner, more muscular and improved my posture, strength and appearance all at the same time. All this while training less than 4 hours per week.
One final benefit is the highly positive and motivating atmosphere while working out at the gym due to the constant encouragements and cheers from my fellow trainees. Thanks to Coach Jonathon and his staff for all their effort!

Even
after training with Coach Jonathan Wong and his team for only three months. I am amazed at
what I have achieved so far.
Besides designing a personalized training program for me and teaching me how to perform each activity correctly and safely, I have also been taught proper nutrition habits and lifestyle changes.
Within 3 months, I was able to lift my own bodyweight and do 10 regular pushups! This is something that I had never imagined myself able to do!Contrary to the misconception that weight training will make women bulk up, I actually 'shrunk' in size and had gained many positive comments from friends about my new "waistline" and figure!!

I have worked with Coach Jonathan Wong for only 1 month so far but already I have had great progress. I had a knee ACL reconstruction operation in September 2006, so I wanted a quick rehabilitation as well as weight loss and strength gain.
All these 3 goals have gone on smoothly and without injury. My weight loss
within the first month alone was 6 kg (from 90+kg to 84kg) and with a net
loss of 8 cm around the waist (from 92cm to 84cm) .
Despite the weight loss, my strength has increased tremendously; within the
one month of training, I had regained my pre-injury levels of weight lifting
and strength. I am also much more confident in my previously injured knee.
My family and friends have commented on the phenomenal loss of weight and
the gain in strength. Training with Coach Jonathan and his fellow coaches
has been fun and will continue to be one of my favorite activities for a
while. I know for sure that I am headed in the right direction.

For
just 2 months, I embarked on a mission to become a lean mean fighting
machine. A close friend of mine introduced me to coach Jonathan and his
staff. Before we began, we laid down our goals.
I started of with a capability of 12 chin ups, and at the end of the 6 week program, was able to do 18 with a I rep max of body weight plus 32kg.
I was also able to lift 125kg and squat 80kg. this left me feeling much stronger and more powerful. As I had never paid much attention to my lower body initially. I was also able to bench 70kg(1 rep max), a 10kg increase after the 6 weeks.
The 6 weeks program allowed me to gain 4kg of muscle through targeted training and proper eating habits. The program also taught me a lot of new techniques and corrected a lot of misconceptions I had about the physiology of the body and helped me to realize the correct way to a Spartan body.
I would really like to thank Jon for his time and effort in helping me as
well as my group of friends. During these 6 weeks we grew closer as friends
and stronger physically. The time and money spent at Genesis Health &
Performance was well worth it.

I
previously had really terrible ankle and hip mobility. I had a
history of leg injuries and a lifestyle that did not encourage correct
movement and posture contributed to my extremely poor lower body
mobility.
These problems made many physical activates difficult and un-enjoyable.
After several disappointing visits to various physiotherapists, Coach
Jonathan and his staff helped me regain mobility and function in my body.
All this took only 4 short weeks, I am now squatting my own
bodyweight with the proper technique and form that I now know that I should
have had ages ago!
I have found my "fountain of youth" at Genesis Health and Performance with
Coach Jonathan and his team! Looks like I won be headed to any other
fitness centre anytime soon! And I know that I won't need any kind of
joint replacement or operations either.

I have been training for a logn time and had good results but I hav ealways had injuries. After consuiltign with Coach Jonathan And his team, they provided me a trainign program that fixed my imbalances and movement problems. THey also taught me self massage techniques that helped fix my painful and frustrating injuries for good. These coaches really know what they are doing.

I feel great
after the 20 min workout as it allows me to gain a lot from a short period of
