IPPT & NAPFA Training Program

IPPT training in singapore SBJ chinupThe IPPT and NAPFA training program at Genesis guarantees you the most scientific performance training system in Singapore. We will focus on the “problem areas” of the IPPT namely the Standing Broad Jump and the Chinup stations. Tips on how to excel and perform your best in the other stations will also be taught. Hundreds have benefited from our IPPT training, and we are bringing IPPT training to you in a group setting for maximum social support, motivation and affordability.
