Over the past 10 years, I have had the pleasure of helping hundreds of people in Singapore lose weight, burn fat and get lean and strong in record time.

I feel great passion for this job because I know exactly what it feels like to be fat! In fact, one of the first Cantonese words I ever learnt was “fei-zai” – translated – “fatty!” I felt terrible whenever anybody called me that. It happened a lot because I lived in Hong Kong for a few years.

The frustration of being a fat person has encouraged me to spend thousands of hours, and hundreds of thousands of dollars reading, studying, and traveling all over the world to learn from the best in the field of heath and science. I spent all this time searching for the best, safest, and most effective methods of burning unwanted, ugly, stubborn body fat.

While learning, I made many mistakes in training, diet and nutrition. I also have had injuries and set backs. These are EXACTLY the mistakes I want to help you avoid. I had these problems because there is so much mis-information (and many flat out LIES) in the fitness, weight loss, nutrition, health, diet and beauty market. Much of what we hear is pushed by big food and drug corporations whose only motive is profit. All this at the expense of our health.
