For example, If you have a recent back or knee injury, then the personal training would be better for you because we can customize the program to take your medical history into account.

2. Can you meet the class timings?
If your work or other responsibilities do not allow you to attend the scheduled classes, then personal training would be better for you because the timings are more flexible.

3. Is fat burning and fitness your no.1 goal?
If it is then the Lean Body Fitness Bootcamp is a great option. If you have other goals, like boosting athletic performance, or rehab of an injury, then personal training is a better option as the customized program will give better results.
