In Singapore, some personal training Clients ask me "is 40 years old too old to start getting fit?" or "i’ve had 2 kids, its it too late to lose my post pregnancy fat?"…

Its NEVER too late. The key is to keep learning. Growing. Improving. In all areas. I am putting this into practice by learning the piano again after 15 years of not actually practicing! I hated it when I was young, but I find it fun now because I have a new and better attitude towards practice!

When I was young, I was like a piano robot playing to pass exams… but now its FUN!:)

In fact shooting this video for youtube took about 10 tries because I’m not used to playing with few mistakes. But so what? Practice is part of improvement!:)

Here is a clip of a catchy tune by cascada that I learned to play by memory this week. I found the tune and the chords online and did a bit of my own arrangement.
