Singapore Bootcamp – Barbell Day

Starting in April 2009, our ladies bootcamp group will be having a special every Saturday of the week – Barbell day!

That means that the ladies in this fitness bootcamp will not be using the usual bodyweight, dumbbell or kettlebell exercises. They will be doing stuff with barbells and more technical lifts because that adds a special element of variation that boosts progress!

Oh yeah… because we are the only bootcamp that is held in a proper gym not a park or public area…NO OTHER bootcamp in SINGAPORE can match this special weekly event.

And don’t forget… you are being coached step by step through the entire process of learning the technique. It’s actually safer for you than any of the fancy machines you might see in other gyms!
