At the Genesis Performance Center, we have one of Singapore’s only Far Infra Red Saunas. We got it several months ago and clients have had good benefits with it. As with any treatment, those who have the most “problems” benefit the most. Above is a picture of James, he has been a researcher in the field of material science for the past year.

He has had 8 sessions of far infra red sauna, and his energy, sleep and exercise performance has increased. But even most stunning is that he can actually see the plastics coming out of his body. This picture was taken after session number 8. I did not have pictures of the earlier sessions.
