While I don’t agree full with all the protein recommendations (I see better results with slightly higher protein content in food and less starches for most personal training fat loss or fitness bootcamp clients), this is a non-profit, unbiased lab test of some common protein brands.

Hi coach Jon, I was wondering if there would be any side effects if i started taking protein shakes regularly like once everyday
Only if you take bad quality ones, you may get some stomach upsets. Also if you are allergic to diary products, you may need to get a rice or pea based one.
Hey Coach Jon, after reading this post i was extremely shock since I took the myoplex product. I bought those myoplex ready-made drink since its cheaper for me.Could u recommend me some better brand? I tried to press the link but nothing came out.
