We all know that the world is a toxic place. In fact toxicity is such a big factor that when I (a pretty healthy person) did a one week science based, nutritional detox, I felt much better after it.

It is such a big factor that I even bought an Infra Red Sauna to put in our gym / health center right here in Singapore. This helps us detox plastic toxicity.

I recently heard about this new documentary called “Homo Toxicus”. It is about how the toxins we are eating and are exposed to, are being passed on to our next generation. A scary thought indeed. This makes the next generation start off at a disadvantage both physically and mentally.
