Good news about Fiber:- Prevents colon cancer
- Gives a feeling of satiety
- Regulates blood sugar
- Improves digestive system function (makes you go poo-poo quick and easy, the “I’m going to have a good day” feeling you get from a good toilet session is worth the effort to eat enough of it!)
Bad news:

How much and from where?
As a personal trainer in Singapore, I am glad to tell you that you can find good amounts in almost all fruits, vegetables, nuts and legumes.
That is assuming that they are being consumed in their natural and unprocessed
forms. If you eating the recommended amount of these items as part of your daily
diet, fiber intake should not be a problem.
Fiber is a from of carbohydrate. Even though we try to restrict ourselves from refined and processed carbohydrates, fiber should still be taken in good amounts. It's just that good. With all the emphasis on good protein and healthy fats, this nutrient may get neglected, so make special effort to get enough of this into your diet.
